Creekside Farm is a family-owned family-friendly farm in Johnston County, North Carolina using sound environmental and sustainable agricultural practices.
Farmers Kathy and Rich Bennek are committed to offering top-quality berries and vegetables while providing a safe and fun experience for families.
They planted the first blueberry bushes in the winter of 2006, and since then have planted blackberries and grapes. A high tunnel was added in 2013 to grow produce and a second one added in 2018. With the use of the high tunnel, they can grow vegetables earlier in the spring and late into the fall... even winter too!
From the beginning, Creekside Farm has had bee hives. The honey bees pollinate our berries and vegetables and make a delicious honey.
